Helping Others Change Their  Lives... one choice at a time
Drawing from more than a quarter century of experience, I bring a “personal development meets project management” approach to my clients while teaching adults and teens to live an authentic life…one choice at a time.

My areas of expertise include self-awareness and personal  development, as well as truth and vulnerability. My work, infused with sincerity and authenticity, inspires change in the lives of my clients worldwide.

My passions include working with the Youth-at-Risk community to raise awareness and teach them the tools and techniques to step out of the VICTIM mentality and into the VICTOR role.


I am a member of the International Coach Federation, and earned my coaching certification at the distinguished and accredited Coach Training Alliance. Additionally, I am a member of the Project Management Institute, where I hold the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. 

My hobbies include arts and crafts, wood-working, and reading (because I truly consider myself a life-long student to ensure my clients always receive the best of my experience and knowledge). 

I enjoy horses and Harley’s, neither of which I ride very often, and especially spending time with my dog Chloe!
As a Coach...
I guide my clients through a highly tuned and powerful process of communication and problem solving. The relationship between a coach and a client is co-creative and focused entirely on the client’s interests, challenges, and goals. In its simplest form, coaching is a powerful conversation between a trained coach and a client who is ready and willing to focus on personal and professional growth. I teach the tools and techniques that people need to create the results they want in life…by taking ownership of their choices.

As a Facilitator...
I plan, guide and manage group events to ensure that the group's objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full commitment from everyone who is involved. The "group process" is the approach used to manage discussions, and get the best from all members. A facilitator's key responsibility is to create this group process in an environment in which it can flourish. Doing so helps the group reach a successful decision, solution or conclusion. 
As a Speaker...
Of all the work I do, there is none I am more proud of than that in support of Youth Reclamation, Inc ("YRI").  As the Founder & President of YRI, my speaking circuit includes civic groups, school administrations, corporate conferences, and professional associations.

YRI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization ministering to the kids "at-risk" in the San Antonio area.  Their programs include character developing and resilience training through life coaching by story-telling, as well as nutritional and wellness programs educating against childhood obesity.
